How can I recover the password of my easyAlquiler account?

How does easyAlquiler work?
EasyAlquiler’s service is simple, fast and completely online. On our site you will find a wide range of products suitable for all types of projects and which can be ordered with just a few clicks!
If you have already browsed through our catalog and have found the right machinery or equipment for you, to rent it you just have to indicate the period in which you will need it and click on “Add to order”.
What products can I rent online?
You can rent all the products you find on the easyAlquiler official website or in the specific catalog for each location. Once you have identified the appropriate equipment or machinery for your project, you can order it for the period necessary to complete your project.
How do I know if a product is available?
All products visible in the search phase are available for rent. However, if you cannot enter the desired rental period, you may have encountered technical difficulties or overlap with an order made by another user. To solve the problem, contact our customer service!
How many products can I rent on easyAlquiler?
easyAlquiler does not have a maximum limit of products per order. Therefore, you have the freedom to select all the necessary equipment for your project and within the budget that you have available.
Where are your offices?
We currently have easyAlquiler offices located in Central Spain, Galicia and the Valencian Community, but the service is expanding rapidly throughout the Spanish territory, surely you will soon find a depot in your region!
We remind you that you can request home delivery or make a free pick up in our existing depots!
Does easyAlquiler take any precaution to stop the propagation of Coronavirus?
Yes! Rented machinery and equipment are thoroughly disinfected after each use. Furthermore, considering that the service is entirely online, there is no direct contact during the booking phase.

Who can attend training courses?
Anyone can participate in the training courses offered on the easyAlquiler platform within the maximum number of course participants.
What are the training courses?
The training courses are real lessons divided into theory and practice, which instruct the operator on a specific topic or the use of a specific machine. Once the final test has been passed, the qualification certificate is obtained.
Our courses are certified by IPAF according to the UNE58923 / ISO 18878 standard.
Why is it recommended to attend training courses?
In Spain there is no law that requires any type of platform and / or forklift training, but it is advisable (and mandatory to be able to carry out work in certain factories) to have adequate training for the correct and safe handling of machinery.
Why choose us?
If you attend a team training course with us, after passing the final theoretical-practical test, we will issue a certified training certificate valid throughout the national territory and a personalized laminated license with your photo to always carry with you.
Our courses are carried out in full compliance with the normative references and in total safety with the use of the personal protective equipment necessary for the job.
Our test field has ample space for conducting practical tests, compliant, certified and state-of-the-art equipment; within the test field you will find hygienic protocols dedicated to students, in accordance with the recent sanitary containment regulations of SARS-CoV-2.
I don't want to attend training courses, can I rent equipment anyway?
If you have already taken a course and have a valid qualification certificate, it is not necessary to retake the course in order to rent. In compliance with current legislation, it is sufficient that the operator who will use the machinery and equipment has a valid license.

Do the machines come with instructions?
For many of our products available on the site, you will find a complete description and a technical sheet with instructions. If information is missing or you have other questions, our customer service is at your complete disposal!
Do I have to book way in advance?
It is not necessary, but we recommend it if you want to be sure that the equipment you need is available. However, it is usually enough to order the product the day before.
What info should I provide when placing an order?
The data required for the reservation are the name, surname, email address and telephone number, while for the invoice we need the Tax Code or your VAT number.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, to rent the products available on the site it is not mandatory to create an easyAlquiler account; just visit the site and order the machinery you need as a guest. The advantage of the account is the speed with which you can complete orders, without having to enter all your details each time.
How do I know if the equipment I selected is the right one for my project?
To be sure that you have selected the right equipment, it is advisable to carefully read the complete description of the characteristics, features and our use recommendations that you will find below each product on the website. If you still have doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Can I rent long term?
Yes, there is no maximum duration limit for reservations made with easyAlquiler. You can order a machine for any period of time from one day to several months.
Can I rent per hours?
At the moment it is not possible to rent by the hour at easyAlquiler. The minimum rental period for machinery and equipment is one day.

What happens in case of damage, theft or fire?
In any of the above cases, immediately contact the office where you collected the equipment from.
What are easyAlquiler's obligation as hirer?
easyAlquiler commits to deliver the equipment in a good state of maintenance, and carry out the periodic checks and repairs necessary to keep it fit for the agreed use. Once the order is placed, we guarantee the enjoyment of the property for the entire established duration.
What if a machine doesn't work?
Our team of experts conducts regular checks and makes sure the equipment works before it is rented. If you have problems during use, you can always request a replacement. Thanks to minor damage insurance, you are not liable for repair costs.
What are my obligations as leaseholder?
The obligations for those who rent are very simple but precise. You will have to take care of the merchandise received on delivery, maintaining it with the diligence required for its specific use and paying the agreed rate within the established deadlines. Finally, you will have to return the machinery or equipment at the end of the contract.
Does easyAlquiler respect the privacy of its users?
EasyAlquiler, in accordance with the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data and with Art. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Art. 28 of the LOPD, uses browsing data, cookies and data provided voluntarily by the user only with the communication, billing and provisioning purpose of its site.
It will never transfer your sensitive data to third parties and uses the information only to send essential information, supply products or services, send newsletters and periodic communications and comply with the obligations imposed by law.
Delivery and Pick Up

Can I pick up equipment from your depots?
Yes, the pick-up at our depots is free! During the ordering phase you can select the branch closest to you. We remind you that you will need to have the necessary licenses and permits to drive the machine or, alternatively, an appropriate and safe method of transport.
Can I request a delivery?
Yes! You will have to choose the option when placing the order and enter your delivery address. The total cost will be calculated based on the distance to and from the closest depot.

Do I pay before or after pick up?
The rental payment must always be made before receiving the requested equipment or machinery.
Can I pay in the pick up place?
Yes! During the ordering phase you can choose the payment method to be at the depot selected for the collection.
Can I pay online?
Sure! Payment can be made directly on the website by credit card or by bank transfer (details of which you will receive later, in the confirmation email).

Do you collect and deliver the products yourselves?
We have different forms of delivery: you can collect the machinery from our depots at no cost, or request the delivery to an address of your choice at an additional cost.
Can I collect equipment in one depot and return it at another?
No, equipment has to be returned to the same depot it was collected from.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours depend on our depots:

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00
Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Valladolid:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
Segovia:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 15:30

Can I cancel the order at any time?
You can cancel the order at no cost before the first day of the rental period.
Can I get rental prices by phone?
Of course, we can give you prices and availability in real time.
